Brunch at BAUT of course! And let's have a whole\u00a0<strong>special collab<\/strong>\u00a0in store! Something a little different from the standard egg. So do you have no plans for the Easter weekend yet? It's your lucky day!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/fort.negen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>FORT NINE<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0has developed a unique bread especially for us. This sourdough bread is baked with potato, making it extra airy and juicy. The super crispy crust, where they\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parool.nl\/uit-in-amsterdam\/ieder-weekend-een-rij-voor-bakker-fort-negen-hoe-valt-daar-tegenop-te-bakken~b0379e82\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rows thick<\/a>\u00a0in front of the shop, of course, remains unchanged. We made a nice lunch special with this bread that\u00a0<strong>throughout the month of April<\/strong>\u00a0is available at both BAUT Oost and Bar BAUT.<\/p>\n<p>During Easter, we kick off with this special. We will then also serve\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.parool.nl\/ps\/dit-zijn-de-15-beste-croissants-van-amsterdam~be43e9bd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the famous croissant<\/a>\u00a0from FORT NEGEN with a sweet topping from BAUT (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chookychook1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Francesca<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0made something very tasty<\/em>). This croissant, though, is only available during the Easter weekend.
