Assistant manager - Bar BAUT
Bar BAUT is looking for reinforcements. Bar BAUT is the bustling sister of BAUT Oost, located in Amsterdam-Zuid. It is all about energy, creativity and hospitality with an edge. No rigidity, but top service, good food and a team that works hard and has fun together.
Apart from the restaurant, Bar BAUT is also fully involved in events: think of collaborations with 4PM Entertainment, Johan Cruijff ArenA and Capital C. No two days are the same - and that's what makes it so much fun.
As Assistant Manager, you are the mainstay of the team. You interact with the manager, keep an overview, jump in where necessary and make sure everything runs smoothly. You sense the energy on the floor and make sure the team runs smoothly.
Your tasks include:
- Managing, coaching and motivating the team
- Working on the floor during busy periods
- Managing schedules and time registration
- Opening/closing the restaurant and cash management
- Monitoring hospitality and quality
- Resolving complaints neatly and picking up signals
- Contributing ideas and points for improvement during MT meetings
