Hi all,

I'm Britt and I've been working at BAUT for seven years now. What started as an internship has grown into a wonderful career that I am immensely proud of. I would like to take you on my journey through the different BAUT locations and my growth within the company.

The Launch: BAUT and Dreesman on Rokin

My adventure began on the Rokin at BAUT and Dreesman. As an intern, everything was new and exciting. I immediately dove into the dynamic world of hospitality, learned the tricks of the trade and discovered the unique BAUT atmosphere that makes each location so special. It was a period of lots of learning, hard work and, above all, enjoyment.

BAUT Paradise: A New Challenge

After my time at Rokin, I moved to BAUT Paradise. Here I was given more responsibilities and grew in my role. The atmosphere, the team and the guests made every day a new experience. I really felt part of the BAUT family and knew I wanted to stay here for a long time.

From BAUT Spaarndammerstraat to Bar BAUT Zuid

BAUT Spaarndammerstraat was my next stop. This location had its own charm and challenges, and I could further develop my skills here. When Bar BAUT opened in Zuid on Stadionweg, I was ready for a new step. Opening a new location was exciting and offered countless learning moments. The team feeling and shared passion for what we were doing made it an unforgettable experience.

The Step to Office: Events, Sales and Marketing

After years on the shop floor, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to move to the office. Now I work for BAUT in the events, sales and marketing department. It was a big change, but also a great opportunity to broaden my horizons and develop new skills. I enjoy working behind the scenes and contributing to BAUT's growth and success in a different way.

Looking Back and Forward

Looking back on my journey, I am grateful for all the opportunities and experiences BAUT has given me. From intern to my current role in the office, each step has shaped me and prepared me for the next. I look forward to being a part of this amazing organisation for many more years to come and am eager to see what the future holds.
